2503 (95% CI 0.2235?0.3489). There was also a positive correlation between role stress and the turnover intention of medical staff in tertiary hospitals (r=0.2503). The meta-analysis results of each dimension of role stress showed turnover intention was positively correlated with role conflict (r=0.2838), role ambiguity (r=0.2628), and role overload (r=0.2687).
The greater the role stress of medical staff in tertiary hospitals, the stronger the turnover intention. Measures must be taken to avoid the loss of medical staff and improve the quality of medical services.

It may cause skin and muscle tissue defects, and in severe cases, it may also be accompanied by bone, tendon, and neurovascular exposure. Pedicled flap transfer is the most important treatment for this type of lower extremity trauma. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relevant factors affecting resilience and provide a theoretical basis of improving resilience in patients after skin flap transplantation.
In this study, the convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on patients with skin defects of the lower extremity after flap transplantation. The patient underwent inpatient surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2018 to June 2020. This study investigated the current status of resilience, self-efficacy, social support, and quality of life in patients with skin defects of the lower extremity after flap transplantation. The correlation between resilience, self-efficacy, social support, and quality of life were examined.
The score for self-efficacy was positively correlated with the score for social support (P<0.05). The score for quality of life was positively correlated with the self-efficacy score and the score for social support (P<0.05). Resilience level was affected by age, marital status, self-efficacy, social support, and quality of life (P<0.05).
Patients who had undergone flap transplantation of the lower limbs reported a low level of resilience. Self-efficacy, social support, and quality of life are important factors that affect the resilience of patients.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the matrix chronic diseases management platform developed from the integrated delivery system. To evaluate the effects of the matrix chronic diseases management platform developed from the integrated delivery system in China on expenses, medical seeking behaviors, compensation, and degree of satisfaction in hypertensive patients. A longitudinal and retrospective study was performed to investigate medical expenses, actual compensation ratios, medical behaviors, and the degree of satisfaction across different levels of medical institutions in hypertensive patients.
A total of 7,037 patients with hypertension aged 36-99 from Zhili Town Health Center were selected based on the diagnostic od. The primary complications of hypertension were cerebrovascular disease and coronary heart disease, which showed a slightly increasing trend. The degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors in primary hospitals was relatively high, and rose from 2014 to 2019.
The matrix chronic diseases management platform developed from the integrated delivery system built in Huzhou No.1 Hospital had a positive effect on improving the reimbursement and satisfaction of patients with hypertension.

Nursing-sensitive indicators (NSIs) are real and effective measures of nursing quality. Using evidence-based methods, we established the NSIs of MC care, with an attempt to provide a basis for evaluating and monitoring nursing quality for MC use.
An electronic search was performed in 5 databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Scientific Journal Database (VIP), Wanfang Data, PubMed, and Web of Science to identify studies that evaluated nursing quality during MC use. Two evaluators independently selected literature, extracted data, and evaluated the risk of bias. According to the Donabedian's structure-process-outcome model, we divided the NSIs into 3 levels.
The established NSIs for MC use included 3 indicators (i.e., structure indicators, process indicators, and outcome indicators), among which there were 3 level-2 indicators and 7 level-3 indicators at the structure level, 2 level-2 indicators and 9 level-3 indicators at the process level, and 5 level-2 indicators and 17 level-3 indicators at the outcome level.
The established NSIs for MC use offer a set of objective criteria for evaluating nursing performance during MC use and will help to improve nursing quality control.

Alcohol can result in replication of HBV, an increase in oxidative stress, a compromised immune response to the virus and an increase in liver inflammation, all of which can result in progression of cirrhosis. The aim was to explore the interaction of alcohol with HBV and to show the effect of different levels of alcohol intake on liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.
We selected 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and divided them into three groups non-drinking, moderate drinking and excessive drinking. Indicators of fibrosis (type III procollagen, type IV collagen, laminin, hyaluronic acid), HBV-DNA load, transaminases, quantitative detection of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), Child-Pugh scoring system rating and the number of complications were tested at three time points 0, 3 and 6 months after quitting drinking and after medical treatment.
We found that all indicators of fibrosis, HBV-DNA load, alanine (ALT) and aspartate (AST) transaminases in the excessive drinking group were highest among the three groups at any time.
